Who hosts the workshop?

Dr. James Speiser is our host for this workshop. Dr. Speiser founded the largest privately owned veterinary practice in the State of Indiana. Starting out of a farmhouse with a single employee, he built a practice consisting of 166 employees, with 24 doctors, doing over $25 million in revenue. After rolling his veterinary practice into the largest single merger acquisition of its kind, Dr. Speiser retired from veterinary practice in 2021 and is now helping other business owners succeed in their businesses through education on business organization, efficiency, and effective leadership.
